Time just flies....sometimes quickest when you're asleep!
I'm a morning person - I love it. I jump out of bed excitedly. Nearly every day.
But occasionally it's like NFW.
On those days I just surrender to the sleep fairy.
This then requires surrendering to the bunch of things I need to let go of because there's no longer time to do it all. THIS I find a little harder to do.
But I'm getting better.
No shower? Whatevs!
No work before work, no working the plan, emails or meditation???? So be it....yes SO BE IT! Like really - SO. BE.IT.
Now breathe....
I'm sure I'm an ORGANISED being trapped in an unorganised person's body....

Trauma affects us all differently.
For many, like me we choose to self medicate to numb the pain. From there you could end up anywhere. If you're lucky you've got good support networks willing & able to stand by you gunning for you to make it out the other side.

Today I told a man staring anxiously from his phone to the rows and rows of tampons & pads that he was a good man for taking on the job.
He looked at me relieved then showed me a photo on his phone.
'I'm confused' he burst, 'is this the right one?'
'Right brand, but you need tampons not pads. And then there's the size. This one. Here you go.'
He burst out laughing.
'I would've messed up for sure. Thanks.'
To the untrained eye it's a mine field that section - kinda like buying screws in Bunnings is for me or buying butter for Borat.
If you do send a person with untrained eyes to get shopp...
