I am a customer focused support specialist. My work history has been in a supporting capacity within a technical, contact centre environment. Each of my previous roles have focused on assisting external customers, or internal colleagues. In previous roles, exponential organisational growth has afforded me the opportunity to focus on my leadership skills, as well as being a trusted contributor to both management and executive level teams.
