Hello, my name is Gregg Housh. I am an activist focused on internet freedoms, censorship, over-prosecution, Anonymous, and a lot more.
I've been working on computers, programming, hacking, and building websites for 21 years. You might also be looking for me because you saw me in an interview or read a news article that quoted me. I build websites for a living most of the time. I also find myself in many other interesting consulting positions like working for TV shows or reviwing movie scripts for technical correctness (usually related to hacking.)
I am an activist and have been spending most of my time for the past 7 years on related activities. From Anonymous online action to real life protests. This has taken many forms including Youtube videos and speaking to the House Oversight Committee about the Justice Departments over-prosecution of computer crimes.
Lately I have been focused on getting hollywood and the government to both understand hackers and activists, more specifically hacktivists, better than they currently do. There is a lot of work to do that will hopefully get the over-prosecution under control and help to shape the portayals in film and tv in a more realistic way.
